🔄 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Fragtawny Mist, we want you to love how your car smells. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ve got you covered:

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned in full and proper condition.
You must send back the same product you received.
The return package must include all items originally sent:
- Perfume bottle
- Holder / diffuser / accessories
- Straps, clips, packaging, box, etc.
Items should be undamaged, unused (except testing), and not tampered with.

Returns that are incomplete, damaged, or swapped will not be accepted.

We understand you need to try the fragrance.

You may use up to 2–4 ml for testing.
If the liquid level is more than 4 ml less, it will be treated as excessive use.

👉 In such cases, a deduction amount will be applied to your refund as the product is no longer reusable/resellable.

(Exact deduction will depend on the extent of usage and will be communicated after inspection.)

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product.
If everything meets the policy:
- Refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed only after we receive and verify the product.
It may take 5–7 business days after inspection for the amount to reflect in your account.

If the return fails inspection, the product will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

If: The order is prepaid.

👉 You can request a one-time free fragrance exchange within 9 days.

We’ll replace it with another fragrance of your choice at no extra cost.

Returns will not be accepted if:

To avoid misuse of Cash on Delivery:

COD orders are not eligible for free returns.
If a COD order is returned/refused at delivery:
- A ₹70 reverse shipping & handling fee will be charged.
- Future COD orders from the same customer may be blocked.
COD customers must ensure availability at delivery.
