Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from FragTawny Mist Private Limited ("FragTawny Mist", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation pages.
1. About us
This website is run by FragTawny Mist Private Limited, a company in India (established 2025), which sells car fragrances under the brand FragTawny Mist. Registered office: Eldeco Centre, SDMC Primary School, Block A, Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi 110017, India. CIN: U46909DL2025PTC456854. GSTIN: 07AAGCF6648E1ZJ. Our products are made in India.
2. Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, and the details you give must be true and your own (or those of the person you are sending a gift to, with their agreement).
- Please do not misuse the website: no false or automated orders, no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, and no copying of its content for commercial use.
- We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent or abusive.
- We try to keep the site available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
3. Products
We currently sell: 30ml car perfume bottles in five scents (Sun Down, Water Floww, Revv Rose, Mystic Wood and Vanilla Touch), an 8ml sampler pack, packs of 3 and 5 bottles, and a visor diffuser.
Fragrance is personal. How strong a scent feels and how long it lasts depends on things like heat, airflow, how much you use and your car. Product photos are for illustration; colours and packaging may vary slightly.
4. Prices and taxes
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹, INR).
- Prices shown are inclusive of GST and all taxes.
- Delivery is free on all prepaid orders (see Shipping & Delivery). The total you pay is confirmed before you pay.
- The price you pay is the price confirmed for your order at the time you place it. The order total is calculated by our server from our own price list, not from the browser.
- The MRP printed on the product is the maximum retail price. We will never charge more than the MRP.
5. Festive offer
Festive prices shown on the website apply to orders placed up to and including 31 December 2026 (India time). From 1 January 2027 prices automatically return to the regular price (MRP) shown on the site, and the website and cart switch over by themselves. An order placed on or before 31 December 2026 keeps the festive price it was placed at, as long as it is paid online when it is placed or within 48 hours of our WhatsApp confirmation.
Some items, such as the sampler pack and the visor diffuser, are not discounted. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end or change an offer early only for future orders, and we will show this clearly on the site.
6. How an order is accepted
When you press Place order, you are making an offer to buy. You may see an order ID on screen and, if you gave an email address, receive an email. This is an acknowledgement, not acceptance.
Your order is confirmed only when your payment is received and we confirm the order with you on WhatsApp. Until then no contract of sale exists. If you pay online when you place the order, the amount is charged at that moment, but the order still needs our confirmation. If we cannot confirm an order (for example the pincode is not serviceable, the item is out of stock, or we cannot reach you), we will tell you and you will not be charged; if you have already paid, we will refund you in full (see Returns, Refunds & Cancellation).
7. Payment
- You can pay online on the website straight after placing your order. Online payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We may add Cashfree Payments as a second payment provider later.
- If you prefer, you can confirm your order on WhatsApp instead and pay later through a secure payment link we send you.
- You enter payment details in Razorpay's secure checkout window. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is shown as paid only after our order service has confirmed the payment with Razorpay.
- If a payment does not go through, your order stays saved and unpaid: you can try again or pay on WhatsApp. If money was taken but the payment is not confirmed, please do not pay again; message us and we will check it with Razorpay.
- Cash on delivery is not offered during the festive season (until 31 December 2026). We may introduce it later, and we will update this page if we do.
- Please pay only through a link we send from our official WhatsApp number +91 92112 27069 or through our website. We will never ask for your card number, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN.
8. Availability
All products are subject to stock. If something you ordered is not available, we will tell you on WhatsApp and offer a replacement scent, a wait, or a full refund of what you paid for that item. You choose.
9. Errors in prices or descriptions
We check our listings carefully, but mistakes can happen. If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price or with a wrong description, we will tell you before confirming your order and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full if you cancel.
10. Safe use of our products
Please read the label on each product and follow it. In general:
- Highly flammable. The perfume is alcohol-based. Keep away from heat, flame, sparks and smoking.
- Do not leave bottles in a hot, closed car in direct sun. Close the cap after use.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse with clean water. If irritation continues, consult a doctor.
- For external use only. Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical advice and show the label.
- Do a patch test before using on skin, and stop use if irritation occurs. Do not spray on broken or irritated skin.
- Fragrance can stain or mark leather, fabric, plastic and polished surfaces. Test on a hidden spot first, and wipe spills straight away.
- Place the diffuser so it does not block your view, airbags or controls, and never handle products while driving.
- Keep out of reach of children (and pets).
Our products are fragrances only. We make no health or medical claims about them. Please also follow any warnings printed on the product label.
11. Reviews
The customer reviews shown on our website are real reviews from our Amazon.in listing. We never edit their wording. We may choose which reviews to show for space reasons. Star ratings and review counts reflect Amazon.in at the time we last updated the site.
If you send us a review, photo or video and agree that we can share it, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We will not show your name unless you agree.
12. Our brand and content
The FragTawny Mist name and logo, product names, photographs, videos, text and design of this website belong to FragTawny Mist Private Limited or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content or brand without written permission.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by using a product against its label instructions, by events outside our reasonable control (such as courier disruption, natural events or strikes), or for indirect losses that were not foreseeable when you placed the order.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first (see Contact) or our Grievance Officer (see Contact Us); most issues can be sorted out quickly. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a payment provider. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
